Event: Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation for the growth of local industries

In the historic setting of the Affresco of the Castle, Onyax will be the protagonist (Thursday, November 16 from 16.30) of an event dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship of the territory, to discover Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation. The event, part of the program of “Pavia Capital of Business Culture” promoted by Assolombarda throughout 2023 – will be a moment of technological reflection with the aim of discovering together how artificial intelligence can improve the efficiency of processes, optimize production, raise awareness of sustainability and above all increase the competitiveness of local industries. «Artificial intelligence is now increasingly in close contact with the industrial fabric and is a valuable tool for the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises – explains Gian Paolo Quarta, Ceo of Onyax – This event was born to give a response to the entrepreneurs of our territory and awareness to companies in investing in technologies that create added value towards a digital transformation also made of co-innovation». «Onyax – continues Quarta – has been involved for years in projects that deal with methods of Artificial Intelligence and paths of experimentation with University institutions, such as the Politecnico di Milano».
The event, as mentioned, will take place in the Sala dell’Affresco from 16.30. In the first part are provided, at the opening, the institutional greetings of the mayor of Vigevano Andrea Ceffa and Maria Vittoria Brustia, President of the Lomellina area of Assolombarda. A second technical-informative moment will see the interventions of Marco Marcon (Associate Professor at the Department of Electronic Information and Bioengineering of the Politecnico di Milano), Gian Paolo Quarta and Enrico Ciabatti (Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce of Pavia). The day will continue and will close with a round table enriched by the testimonies of the territory and the best practices, in which the voices of Nicola R. de Cardenas of Decsa, president of the center of Pavia of Assolombarda will alternate, Filippo Moroni, President of the Innovation Services Group of Assolombarda, Agostino Apolito, senior manager of Assomac (the national association of footwear technology manufacturers) and Gabriella Gabutti, referent for the orientation of ITS Lombardia Meccatronica Pavia headquarters. The event is open to entrepreneurs, professionals, technology enthusiasts and industrial innovation.
